After you have placed an order with us we will send an email acknowledgment of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order and we will begin to process at our warehouse.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order (in full or in part) and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.
Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgment of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.
Payment can be made using the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Electron. Payments can also be made via PayPal. We do not accept Solo as a method of payment.
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
We're proud to offer FREE DELIVERY and FREE RETURNS on all our products! For that extra peace of mind that your shoes will reach you safe and sound, we use a tracked service from DPD for our deliveries – safe, fast and secure! DPD’s pioneering service also sends out text message alerts, advising you of delivery slots and to cut down on missed deliveries, offers you a rebooking service should you not be available on the specified day (to enable this, please provide your Mobile number at Checkout). All deliveries are trackable and should be with you within 2-5 days. You can use the DPD App to track, or your tracking number via their website.
We’re currently not offering a Next Day service due to the large premium from our Courier partner that we do not want to pass on to you, however our Standard service usually sees orders delivered between 2-5 days.
As yet we are unable to delivery outside the UK. We will be launching our EU Delivery service and accepting €'s very soon.
For our UK customers we're delighted to offer FREE Returns. To access our free returns service, simply click here and enter some details from your order, then you can download and print your own pre-paid return label.
Your own shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return via your own method and pass on any costs to us, if you are due a refund, the cost of return shipping incurred to us will be deducted from your refund. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred if you use your own shipping method.

Under the Consumer Contracts regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your agreement with Clarks within a period of 14 calendar days. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods. For more details on our returns policy please click here. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product. Goods must be returned before a refund will be processed and the product must be returned in its original condition.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your agreement, you can do so by writing to us, calling 01792 510750, or by emailing us. Please be aware that Orders can only be cancelled before processing/despatch has begun. If we are unable to process your request before dispatched you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods.
Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
