If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, ie. the date we have proof of delivery from our Couriers. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and you must always include within the return box either your Returns Form, or details of who the shoes belong to, eg. your Name and Order Number, and your instructions for Exchange/Refund etc. Anonymous Returns will always result in a delay processing Refunds.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, our Quality Control department will then inspect it. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, hopefully all within 7 working days of your return getting back to us. Once the money has left us, you will then receive the credit back to your original payment method, depending on your card issuer's policies.
